Like you, I love to travel. Exploring new places makes us feel alive and clears the mind. There is so much to see in this amazing world and we like to share these adventure experiences with!

It was in 2005 on Kilimanjaro that I realised that my career as an IT consultant for IBM needed to end, I just hated the rat race… 

So with some BIG life changes, I quit and in 2012 Mountains in Mind was born.  We wanted to offer something a little different, I don’t do normal, too many years of doing that and wanted to be able to different.  

All of our trips are personally handpicked by myself or Clare, my long-suffering partner. Each trip is tailor-made for you and we are big on the small things! We select in nicer hotels to invest in our relaxation after being in the wilderness, but a tent is just a tent, not much we can about that, we do supply a nice thick camping mattress and the food is amazing!. 

All of our groups are small, this way we can build amazing, life-changing friendships with other super people. We are very conscious of the environment and work on leave no trace policy. Working with local, sustainable companies not only helps provide a super experience, itads t the local economy.

Our vision to help add massive value and leave an indelible mark.  Building partnerships with local schools in Nepal and orpahnages in Tanzania, helping make life better for the younger generation because they are our future and it’s our responsbaility to lead by example.
