Nepal – Immunisations
It’s advised that you start immunisations for your trip 3-4 months before departure.
Book an appointment with your GP or physician and they’ll be able to provide an up to date list of vaccinations required.
Some GPs will be able to give you all the vaccinations needed, some won’t and you’ll be advised to contact your closest travel clinic for the injections.
Full and up to date details of the required vaccinations can also be found on the NHS website –
http://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/destinations/asia-(east)/nepal.aspx
PLEASE NOTE!
Although we try to keep up with the latest vaccinations and advise accordingly, it’s your responsibility to check with your GP or travel clinic and obtain the necessary immunisations.
Without certain vaccinations border control will not let you into the country. The Nepalese government has been known to change the criteria at the last minute.
